Our 1st
  Apartment
in Matsudo 

To the right is where we sleep (you can't see our futons - they're against the other wall).  To the left is our office area and my companion Elder Stevenson sitting at his desk.  We're on the 2nd floor of an apartment building with a pretty busy and noisy street outside the window.  To the right (you can only see part of the doorway) is the kitchen - very small - it's just a countertop length with stove, sink and fridge.  To the left (out of the picture) is our dining area - a small table and our food and rice cooker.  Behind me is a bathroom, shower and another bedroom which we use for storage of our luggage, etc.  It's a pretty big apartment for two people.  Also, a closet with washing machine.  There are no dryers in Japan - we hang our clothes outside to dry.
