Are you still growing bonsai trees by studying that book I gave you? By the way that's a nice picture of us when we played football. I haven't grown my beard back yet. Please also display on your site, the picture of me clean shaven and wearing a suit with you wearing a yukata in front of Mito ward.

Keep this site going it's very inspirational for all who view it. Please introduce your site to Elder Shumway, former P.R. Director at the PBO in Tokyo. He's now doing P.R. at LDS Headquarters in Utah for the upcoming Olympics. I'm sure he'll like this.

I liked your pictures of Ueda. I served in the JTNM from 93-95. My first companion in Nagano started up the work in Ueda by teaching Eikaiwa every Saturday. I continued this for the 11 months I served in Nagano. At that time, there was not enough members/missionaries to open an area. I was excited to hear that it opened up several years later. I love Ueda, especially the Wakabayashi family. They are some of the most dedicated members I ever met in Japan. They would spend most of their Saturdays driving us around Ueda. Let me know if you have any e-mail addresses for members in the Ueda/Nagano area. Thanks!

I have loved sharing this mission with Brandon. I have loved every letter, every picture and experience he has shared. He is a wonderful grandson and person. This is a great website to let us enjoy all the places he has been and the people he has met . It has helped us feel close to him even though he is so far away.

He is working in our kwagoe woard now.
We thank him for his work. Tonight, He and our familly had a good time at my home. We enjyoed his talking and his beauteful piano play. He is working hardly everyday but he is very healthy .

This is such a great way to let everyone experience Brandon's mission. I am glad to know about it since having three sons of my own, I am always looking for good ideas. I will have my 13 year old son, Jake, get on here and look around. It will be a testimony builder for him.
